Sewanee Classifieds is an email based subscription service that is open to all community members. There are two email distribution lists – Sewanee Classifieds ($10 yearly subscription) and Announcements Only (free). Both email lists include announcements. Announcements are messages such as police postings, weather updates, etc. Joining the Classifieds also makes you an official member of the Sewanee Civic Association. We have two ways to join the Classifieds:
1.) Click on our PayPal link and follow the prompts to pay your $10 donation:
By default we will use the email address associated with your PayPal account; if you wish to use a different email address please note that in the comments when you pay. Please allow 24-72 hours to process your payment and start your Classifieds subscription.
2.) Send a $10 check to:

Please comment or note on your check what email address you’d like to use for the Classifieds. Once we have confirmed your payment we will get you added to the mail listing. Please allow 24-72 hours to process your payment and start your Classifieds subscription.

Renewing your Membership
You can use the same links and process to renew your membership as you used to enroll/join. We use a rolling membership system that is manually tracked. You will be sent a notice stating your membership is now due and you will need to make payment by a date in the near future or be removed from the Classifieds listing. Failure to make payment by the date in the renewal notice will result in removal from the mailing list. Please ensure to note your email address for renewal in the comments field of PayPal or on your check.
