Sign Up Now for the Vaccination Clinic

Another Vaccination Clinic Collaboration is coming! Folks at Home, The Sewanee Civic Organization, and the Blue Chair will offer a vaccination clinic to the Sewanee community through Walgreens Pharmacy in Decherd.
The date is Friday, Sept. 13, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The clinic will be located at the Legion Hall across from the Blue Chair in Sewanee.
To minimize traffic jams, we suggest those with last names beginning with A-M plan to come between 9–11 a.m., and those with last names beginning with N-Z plan to come between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Vaccinations available:
Flu Shots (High or Low dose)
COVID (Moderna)
Prevnar 20 (pneumonia)
RSV
Frequently Asked Questions:
The Moderna COVID vaccination is compatible with a prior history of Pfizer vaccinations.
The COVID vaccination will be the latest updated version of the vaccine.
To receive the new COVID vaccine, an interim of 6 months is recommended by Walgreens since your last COVID vaccination.
To receive any of the vaccinations, it must have been at least two weeks since you received any of the others.
RSV is recommended by Walgreens for those 60 years and above.
You may receive multiple vaccinations at the same time if you have not received any of them in the last two weeks.
Most insurance will be accepted onsite.
