About Classifieds

Sewanee Classifieds is an email-based subscription service that is open to all Sewanee Civic Association members ($20 yearly dues required). When you join the SCA and are added to the Sewanee Classifieds list, you will be able to send emails to all members on the list and receive emails that other members send to the list.

Much like a fishing license, your SCA membership expires each year on October 1, regardless of when you joined.

Joining Classifieds

We have two ways to join the Classifieds:

1.) Click on this PayPal link and follow the prompts to pay your $20 donation.

By default we will use the email address associated with your PayPal account; if you wish to use a different email address please note that in the comments when you pay. Please allow 24-72 hours to process your payment and start your Classifieds subscription.

2.) Send a $20 check to:

Please comment or note on your check what email address you’d like to use for the Classifieds.

If you are joining Classifieds for the first time between September 1 and October 1, please send an email to [email protected] once you have made a payment.

Renewing your Membership

We open up the renewal period on September 1 to ensure that there is plenty of time for everyone to renew. To continue receiving Classifieds, you must renew by October 1. On October 1 we will update the membership list to only those members who have paid between September 1 and October 1. Anyone who pays after that October 1 will be added to the list as soon as payment is received and processed.

To renew, you may:

2.) Send a $20 check to:

If you send a check, please include the email address to use for Classifieds on the check.

Failure to make payment by October 1 will result in removal from the mailing list. Please ensure to note your email address for renewal in the comments field of PayPal or on your check.
